Horse riding trails can be arranged from a couple of hours to a multi-day trek  staying at different farms each night. We provide mountain-bred horses who are used to the terrain. We have suitable mountains for all standards, and can provide instruction for novice or beginner riders.

 

 
All horse trails are accompanied by qualified, experienced guides. Picnic lunches are provided for longer excursions.

A TYPICAL HORSE TRAIL:

  • Meet your horse, selected according to your experience and preferences
  • Ride along the valley road with stunning views of the mountains
  • Climb the rugged mountain slopes, crossing small streams and gullies
  • Stop for picnic lunch at cascading falls
  • Experienced riders will have the opportunity to enjoy canters on the flatter terrain
  • Return home on horseback
 

We can also arrange for your riding trip to be combined with other activities to form a multi-day adventure trail. Options  for your activity holiday include mountain biking, hiking and river rafting.
