	March 2012	CLIFFORD MOTORBIKE RALLY
	Easter 2012	LADY GREY PASSION PLAY A cast of 132 speaking characters as well as a chorus, choir, troupe of dancers and live visual artists, and is presented over a period of three days during the Easter Weekend. Parts of the play are staged around the town: in the streets, at the scenic Lady Grey dam and at the historic NG Kerk.

	July 2012	RHODES TRAIL RUN The Rhodes Run, South Africa's coldest premier trail race is staged in the tranquil beauty of the Eastern Cape Drakensberg mountains surrounding the Victorian-era hamlet of Rhodes. This event is limited to 300 runners and is often held in sub-zero temperatures with snow on the 52km route.
	Sept 2012	LAMMERGEIER HALF MARATHON A 21km race that sees participants ascending 1000m to the tower above Lady Grey, and then taking in the spectacular views as they descend Joubert's Pass.
